By completing the registration process, clicking any "I Agree" or equivalent confirmation prompt, or by otherwise using any part of the hpm99 platform, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms in their entirety, that you understand them, and that you agree to be bound by them. If you do not agree to any provision of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the platform and close your account.

For the purposes of these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions shall apply:

• "Platform" means the hpm99 website accessible at https://hpm99.cam, including all subdomains, mobile-optimised versions, and any associated applications.
• "Account" means the registered user account created by a Player on the Platform, through which the Player accesses gaming and betting services.
• "Player" / "User" means any individual who has registered an Account on the Platform and meets the eligibility criteria set out in Section 3.
• "Services" means all gaming, betting, promotional, and support services offered by hpm99 on or through the Platform.
• "Balance" means the funds held in a Player's Account, comprising real money deposits and any credited bonus amounts (subject to applicable wagering requirements).

• "MYR" means Malaysian Ringgit, the primary currency supported on the Platform for Malaysian players.

Access to the hpm99 Platform and the creation of an Account is subject to the following eligibility requirements, all of which must be satisfied on a continuous basis throughout the duration of your use of the Platform:

• Age: You must be at least 21 years of age at the time of registration and at all times during which you maintain an active Account. hpm99 strictly enforces this minimum age requirement and will not knowingly permit individuals under 21 to access, register on, or use the Platform in any capacity.
• Legal Capacity: You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws applicable to your jurisdiction of residence.
• Single Account: Each individual may register and maintain only one (1) Account on the Platform. Duplicate accounts are strictly prohibited and may result in the suspension of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any balances held therein.
• Accurate Information: All information provided during the registration process and throughout your use of the Platform must be truthful, accurate, and current. Providing false or misleading information constitutes grounds for immediate Account suspension.
• Not Self-Excluded: You must not be subject to any active self-exclusion order, whether voluntary or compulsory, that would prohibit you from accessing gambling services.
• Not a Platform Employee: Employees, contractors, directors, and officers of hpm99 and their immediate family members are not permitted to hold Player Accounts or access the gambling Services.

To access the Services, you are required to complete the hpm99 registration process by providing accurate personal details including your full name, date of birth, email address, and contact number. Registration constitutes your acceptance of these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

4.1 — KYC Verification

hpm99 applies a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process to all Accounts. You may be required to provide one or more of the following documents before withdrawals are processed or at any other stage at our discretion: a valid Malaysian identity card (MyKad), passport, or other government-issued photo identification; proof of residential address (utility bill or bank statement dated within 90 days); and proof of payment method ownership where applicable.

4.2 — Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials. hpm99 will not be held liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your Account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure. You must notify hpm99 immediately if you suspect that your Account has been accessed without your authorisation.

4.3 — Account Verification for Withdrawals

All withdrawal requests are subject to satisfactory completion of KYC verification. hpm99 reserves the right to place a hold on withdrawal requests pending verification and to request additional documentation where necessary to comply with our obligations.

5.1 — Deposits

hpm99 accepts deposits in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) via the following payment methods: Touch 'n Go eWallet, DuitNow, FPX, Boost, GrabPay, Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, Hong Leong Bank, and select cryptocurrency channels including Bitcoin (BTC) and Tether (USDT). The minimum deposit amount is RM50 unless otherwise stated for a specific payment method. Deposits are generally credited to your Account instantly upon confirmation from the payment processor.

You confirm that all funds deposited into your hpm99 Account originate from a payment source lawfully owned and controlled by you. hpm99 does not accept deposits from third parties. Any deposit identified as originating from a payment source not belonging to the Account holder may be reversed and the Account suspended pending investigation.

5.2 — Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the original deposit wherever technically possible. Withdrawal processing times vary by method: e-wallet withdrawals (Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay) are typically processed in under 5 minutes; DuitNow and FPX transfers within 5 to 15 minutes; and direct bank wire transfers within 15 to 60 minutes. These are indicative timelines and may vary subject to bank processing schedules and KYC status.

hpm99 reserves the right to carry out additional security checks prior to processing any withdrawal request. Processing times stated are estimates only and do not constitute guarantees. The minimum withdrawal amount is RM50 unless otherwise specified.

hpm99 offers various bonuses and promotions to both new and existing Players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions that are published alongside each individual offer and must be read in conjunction with these Terms. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and the terms of a specific promotion, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail for that promotion.

• All bonuses are credited as Bonus Funds unless otherwise stated and are subject to the applicable Wagering Requirement before they may be withdrawn.
• Welcome bonuses and deposit-match bonuses typically carry a Wagering Requirement of 20x to 30x the bonus amount. The precise requirement for each offer will be stated in the promotion details.
• The 2% cryptocurrency deposit bonus carries a standard Wagering Requirement as stated in the individual offer terms. The bonus is capped at MYR 688 per qualifying transaction.
• Only one (1) Account per person, household, IP address, or device may claim any given promotional offer. Attempts to claim bonuses through multiple accounts constitute Prohibited Activity.
• hpm99 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotional offer at any time without prior notice. Players with active Bonus Funds at the time of modification will have their existing bonus honoured under the original terms.
• Bonus Funds may not be transferred between Accounts, converted to cash without satisfying Wagering Requirements, or used in any manner inconsistent with these Terms.

The following rules apply to all wagering activity on hpm99, including sports betting, live casino, slot games, and all other gaming products available on the Platform.

7.1 — Sports Betting

All sports bets, including single bets, mix parlay combinations, and in-play wagers on markets including EPL, Liga Super Malaysia, UFC, and other competitions, are subject to hpm99's Sports Betting Rules which are published on the Platform. hpm99 reserves the right to void any bet placed on an event where the result was determined by factors outside the normal course of play, or where a clear error in odds was published.

7.2 — Casino Games

All casino games, including live dealer tables and slot titles, are governed by the rules displayed within each game. Game outcomes are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) systems. Published RTP (Return to Player) percentages are long-term statistical averages and do not guarantee outcomes in individual sessions.

7.3 — Maximum Winnings

hpm99 reserves the right to impose maximum payout limits on any game category, individual game, or bet type. Maximum winnings applicable to Bonus Fund play may differ from those applicable to real money play. Where maximum winnings apply, they will be communicated in the relevant game or promotion terms.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the hpm99 Platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of Account balance, and where applicable, referral to relevant authorities:

• Registering more than one Account, whether in your own name or using false identities, for the purpose of circumventing restrictions or claiming multiple bonuses.
• Using software, bots, scripts, or other automated tools to interact with the Platform in a manner not intended for human users.
• Engaging in any form of collusion, match-fixing, or co-ordinated wagering strategies designed to exploit the Platform or other players.
• Depositing funds obtained from illegal sources, or using the Platform for any money laundering or financial crime purpose.
• Providing false identification or misrepresenting your age, identity, or location to circumvent eligibility requirements.
• Exploiting any error, bug, or technical fault in the Platform to gain an advantage not intended by hpm99. Any winnings obtained through exploitation of technical errors are void and will not be paid out.
• Engaging in any form of chargebacks or fraudulent payment reversal after funds have been used on the Platform.

All content on the hpm99 Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, and software, is the property of hpm99 or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, or transmit any content from the Platform without the prior written consent of hpm99. The hpm99 name, logo, and all related names, logos, product and service names, designs, and slogans are trademarks of hpm99. You must not use such marks without the prior written consent of hpm99.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, hpm99 and its affiliates, directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, arising out of or in connection with your access to or use of (or inability to access or use) the Platform or Services.

hpm99 does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. Periodic maintenance, technical issues, and circumstances beyond our control may result in temporary unavailability of the Platform or specific Services. hpm99 shall not be liable for any losses resulting from such interruptions.

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. You access and use the Platform entirely at your own risk.

hpm99 is firmly committed to the promotion of responsible gambling. We provide a range of tools to help players manage their gambling activity, including deposit limits, session time limits, cooling-off periods, and full self-exclusion facilities. • Engagement in any Prohibited Activity as defined in Section 8.
• Failure to satisfactorily complete the KYC verification process within a reasonable timeframe when requested.
• Discovery that the Account holder does not meet the eligibility requirements set out in Section 3.
• Where hpm99 is required to do so to comply with applicable law, regulatory requirements, or instructions from a competent authority.
• Where hpm99 has reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other financial crime.

You may close your Account at any time by contacting our customer support team. Upon closure, any pending withdrawal requests that have been approved prior to closure will be processed in the normal course. Bonus Funds that have not satisfied the applicable Wagering Requirement at the time of Account closure will be forfeited.

hpm99 reserves the right to amend, modify, or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, we will endeavour to provide reasonable advance notice to registered Players via the email address associated with their Account or through a prominent notice on the Platform. Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the applicable laws of the jurisdiction in which hpm99 operates, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform shall first be referred to hpm99's customer support team for informal resolution.

If a dispute cannot be resolved informally within a reasonable timeframe, the parties agree to submit to the jurisdiction of the competent courts applicable to hpm99's operating jurisdiction. Nothing in this clause shall limit hpm99's right to seek injunctive or other equitable relief in any jurisdiction where necessary to protect its legitimate interests.

hpm99 operates this Platform in English and all formal correspondence, notices, and dispute proceedings shall be conducted in English.
